Sustainability certification according to ECOVADIS sustainability ranking

Friedrich Hippe GmbH has joined the UN Global Compact as a sign of its commitment to sustainable corporate governance. As Friedrich Hippe GmbH, we follow the triple bottom line approach, which is a sustainability concept that assumes that the impact of companies on people and the planet must be measured and reported in the same way as profits.

With this in mind, we have opted for the internationally recognised sustainability rating from ECOVADIS.

The assessment by ECOVADIS is carried out in the four subject areas below. The certification is carried out on the basis of a large number of documents and evidence, which are analysed by experts from the rating company. The results are then used to make further targeted improvements.

We were able to conclude our first sustainability rating with a bronze medal. We can build on this. Our partners can be sure that they are dealing with a sustainable company that is orientated towards international standards such as the UN's 17 SDGs.
